Quick Hip Opener in a Chair



This video is a couple of minutes longer than what I normally post here, but TRUST me it'll be worth it. Whether you're sitting or standing a lot, your hips can become really tight. Take a quick break and bring some relief to this part of your body. Since the muscles of the hips are connected to other parts of the body, you may experience relief in your legs and lower back!
