Meet your teacher...

Jerry Givens is a 500-hour certified teacher of Tantric Hatha Yoga and Meditation. He began practicing in 2006 and has been teaching since 2008. His teachings focus on balancing energy in the body and mind through the scientific sequencing of postures and breathwork.

Jerry has studied primarily under the guidance of ParaYoga Senior Teacher Karina Ayn Mirsky, and has attended lectures, seminars, workshops, and retreats with Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Yogarupa Rod Stryker, Kathryn Templeton, AYS, Kathy Ornish, Luna Ray, Ravi Singh, and Alanis Morissette. Jerry is also a Level 1 Internal Family Systems model of psychotherapy trained practitioner, inviting modern psychology into his understanding of yogic prinicples.

Class 1: Udana

This 75-minute class focuses on the upward and outward movement of Prana, featuring a unique mudra, mantra, and meditation to support your practice. The meditation and mantra are additionally available in downloadable mp3 file formats. Class 2: Pran

This 75-minute class focuses on the inward and upward movement of Prana, featuring a unique mudra, mantra, and meditation to support your practice.
