Event Description
Based on Jerry’s book, "The Power of Breathwork: Breathing Techniques to Manage Stress," this guided breathwork practice includes a breakdown of breathwork from the yogic perspective, taking into account biology, nervous system regulation, and the regulation of stress hormones. We’ll learn three different types of breathing techniques and their effects on your system. Attendees will learn: - Useful applications of breathwork in daily life - A biological understanding of four different ways to breathe - The three energetic effects of breathing techniques - Three different breathing techniques and how to apply them

General agenda: Events generally start with a short introduction followed by the described program. If you'd like to make an introduction or addition to this, please let us know upon booking so we can plan accordingly. Virtually Hosted: All events are hosted virtually and are, by default, hosted on Zoom. A link will be sent to you upon booking to share with your team internally. If you would like to use your own link or if you would like to use a different video conferencing platform, please let us know after booking. We can accommodate links for Zoom, Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx. Please reach out if you have questions. Rescheduling Policy: - 14+ days prior to event: No fee - 7-13 days prior to event: $25 administration fee - 0-6 days prior to event: $50 administration fee *Rescheduling is subject to availability. Any rescheduled program must occur within one month of the original date. Cancellation Policy: - 14+ days prior to event: Full refund, minus $25 administration fee - 7-13 days prior to event: 50% refund, minus $25 administration fee - 0-6 days prior to event: No refund.
