6-Week Live Online Breathwork Course

Join us for an immersive 6-week live online breathwork course for Intermediate practitioners. Building on concepts from the book Essential Pranayama: Breathing Techniques for Balance, Healing, and Peace this course will guide you toward greater breath and mind control through systematic breathwork instructions and sequencing. Led by the author and teacher, Jerry Givens this live online course will focus on how to use pranayama to calm the restless fluctuations of your mind and to connect to your inner light that is beyond all sorrow.

Starting weekly on Friday, January 19th, this course is perfect for practitioners who have spent at least a year using breathwork in their personal practice, which could include yoga, breathwork, meditation, or some other guided breathwork course. This course is also great for graduates of Jerry Givens' Essential Pranayama 12-Week Course. Instructions will include increasing the length of breath, holding the breath, and visualizations.

Over the course of six weeks, you'll develop greater breath control as you build upon techniques week-over-week. Instructions will also include the 3-Part Breath, Sama Vritti, and Ujjayi pranayama. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with a supportive community of fellow breathwork enthusiasts and receive personalized guidance from the instructor. Each meeting is recorded so that you can revisit the practice throughout the week.

This course will meet weekly on Fridays from 9:00-9:45 AM PST via Zoom. If you are unable to attend all live sessions, a recording of the session will be available within 24 hours of the live meeting. You will also have access to a WhatsApp group to interact with other members and facilitators.
