Join Jerry for a 4-week intermediate-level pranayama course, focusing on increasing prana (vital life force energy) and creating clarity of body and mind. This course is great for anyone who has practiced yoga and breathwork for over a year or if you are a graduate of Jerry's beginner breathwork courses.
Often we can find ourselves prana deficient. We feel lethargic, dull-minded, depressive, and lacking motivation. Our minds can also feel cloudy and confused, and dwell in dark uncertainty. Yoga says that the consistent practices of certain pranayamas are the antidotes to a blocked and dull mind. Using techniques like Kapalabhati and Bastrika, we'll learn to clear the mind and body, while increasing overall vital life force.Â
We'll meet online weekly for four weeks to receive each week's practice and to answer questions. This course includes a dedicated private WhatsApp group for participants to ask questions and reflect with each other.
