Join Jerry for a deep tantra yoga class, featuring mindful flows, guided breathwork, mantra, and meditation. This class is appropriate for yoga practitioners who have been practicing for at least 6 months. This class will be recorded and shared with participants after the session.
What you'll need:
Yoga mat & a bit of space
Yoga blocks, blanket, bolster (all optional)
Stable internet connection
This class is offered on a sliding scale of $15-25. Please pay what works for you.
