This free-writing practice is a great way to bring awareness to and organize your thoughts and feelings. You can gain a clearer understanding of your mental blocks and move past limiting mindsets. The goal of this experience is to let the words flow out so that they can be witnessed from a self-led compassionate place.

In this experience, you will be guided through a brief mindfulness meditation where you will contemplate a writing prompt. You'll then have 15 minutes to write freely on the topic, unstopped.
