Facing Change.

Cha-cha-cha-changes… are both inevitable and can be the hardest part of navigating our lives. They’re especially difficult when we feel tugged along without will or agency about the direction we’re headed. While change is a constant, we do have the ability to guide where we go and how we progress. Additionally, we have the ability to decide how we want to be in relationship to change.

I've always had a mixed relationship with change. Intrinsically, I love change. I love progress. It's exciting to watch myself and the world evolve. But there are some changes where I freeze and I'm unable to accept reality as it is. In these cases, I've often reached out to support from supervisors, teachers, and counselors. Some folks have even been helpful as they guide me toward my potential and passions, helping me to feel empowered in the ebbs and flows of life.

This theme is one of many that I help folks to tackle in my coaching practice. Sometimes we can feel disempowered around our direction and I’m here to help you find your power and to choose your own way.

As a Coach, I help people of all ages, roles, creeds, and backgrounds to identify blocks and compassionately move through them. Sometimes this involves lifestyle changes, aided by meditation and yoga, and other times it involves going to the block itself and understanding where it came from.

If this piques your interest, schedule a free 15-minute call with me to discuss your path and how we can work together to move you toward your desires.
